Colombia Rodrigo Sanchez Citric Natural

We have received a unique coffee with a special process crafted by Rodrigo Sanchez, who continues to make an impact representing Colombia worldwide.

Rodrigo Sanchez is the fourth-generation producer of this family-owned farm. As a large-scale farm owner, the farm continues to grow and employs over 350 staff members. The farm's distinct characteristic lies in its unique flavors and taste created through proprietary processes. Collaborating with experts in microbiology, chemistry, and biology, the coffee being released this time undergoes a refining process called "Citric Natural."

To enhance the fermentation of lactic compounds, citric acid is added, along with other citrus elements such as orange, tangerine (dekopon), lemongrass, and cane-derived black sugar. The coffee is fermented for 190 hours. Subsequently, it is further fermented for an additional 150 hours while managing sugar content and pH in a sealed tank.

You can expect a refreshing taste reminiscent of grapefruit, lemongrass, herb, and lime, which are derived from the unique process.
