Click & Brew Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Click & Brew! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read the following Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • You may return a product within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact Click & Brew's customer support via [email protected]. A Click & Brew representative will guide you through the return process, including providing any necessary documentation and shipping instructions.

3. Refund Eligibility:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, Click & Brew gift card credit will be offered and are strictly not exchangeable for cash.

4. Shipping cost:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.(including return and dispatch)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

5. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Used consumables items such as coffee beans, tools, lubricants, palm rests & PCBs are strictly not exchangeable or refundable.
  • Products with obvious signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Sales of discounted and promotional items are considered final and non-refundable. 
  • Products purchased using the Shopback, PayLater method are not eligible for a refund or return.
  • All shipping charges, taxes, custom duties and credit card fees are not refundable.

6. Refunds (if applicable):

  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund in gift credit within the expected timeframe, please contact Click & Brew customer support team.
  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges:

  • For exchanges involving an item of higher value than the item purchased, a top-up is required. 
  • All items returned or exchanged must be given back with the full original packaging, including labels, documents, cables, tools, etc.
  • An 1-on-1 exchange is applicable for defective products and a full refund will be applicable if Click & Brew is not able to repair or replace the defective item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.

8. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • To cancel an order, please contact Click & Brew's customer support as soon as possible.

9. Modification of Terms: Click & Brew reserves the right to modify or amend these return and refund terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on the Click & Brew website.
