Job Title: Retail Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily retail and café operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Staff Leadership: Supervise and guide the retail and café team, providing training and mentorship to enhance performance and maintain high service standards.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Customer Experience: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Strategic Planning: Implement strategies to improve workflows, boost sales, and achieve company goals.
• Workshop Facilitation and Event Managment: Host and facilitate custom mechanical keyboard workshops, events for individuals and corporate teams. 
• Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Brand Representation: Uphold Click & Brew’s brand values, ensuring the store reflects our passion for innovation and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or leading workshops is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about mechanical keyboards and other technical skills including repair services.
• Willingness to travel around Malaysia and Singapore to host and facilitate mechanical keyboard events and workshops.

Job Title: Retail Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day retail and café operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Manage inventory by organizing stock and performing routine checks.
• Support the Retail Operations Executive in executing operational plans and strategies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the retail and café spaces.
• Assist customers with inquiries about mechanical keyboards and café offerings.
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support and facilitate mechanical keyboard workshops and weekend pop up events.
• Provide hands-on guidance in assembling and customizing keyboards.
• Set up and organize workshop materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification; experience in retail or F&B is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or leading workshops is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience to guide participants.
• Willingness to learn about mechanical keyboards and other technical skills including repair services.

Job Title: Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages following Click & Brew's recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar areas, seating areas, mechanical keyboard retail section and restrooms.
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Restock and organize inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Assist in café events and workshops as needed.

Requirements:

• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about brewing techniques.
• Previous barista or café experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
